NICOLE C. RICHARDSON
Nicole Richardson, a native of Paterson, NJ, has been the Director of Academics for GEP for the past six years, bringing her extensive background in education and a deep commitment to student growth. Prior to her role at GEP, Nicole served as the Tutor Coordinator at Passaic County Community College, where she developed impactful learning programs to support students’ academic success. She also taught for six years in North Carolina’s CMS school district, where she cultivated her skills in creating engaging, student-centered curricula.
A graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, Nicole’s dedication to learning was recognized with two separate nominations to Who’s Who Among American Colleges in 2004 and 2006. Her educational philosophy centers on giving children opportunities to explore and experience new things, sparking curiosity, and broadening horizons. With her inspiring leadership and a passion for innovative, inclusive education, Nicole continues to make a lasting impact on the GEP community and the young learners she serves.
Currently, Nicole serves as the Deputy Director for GEP where she is committed to the work and inspired by the mission. If there is one thing about Nicole, her model is to #begreat.
