Info For Table Sponsors

If you are a table sponsor and have not provided the names of the guests who will be sitting at your table(s) for the 44th Anniversary Luncheon, please click here for the guest list form. If you are sponsoring more than one table, please fill out a form for each table listing the names of each guest. By providing your guests' names ahead of time, the Greater Enrichment Program Anniversary Luncheon Committee will be able to make name tags for your guests and assign them to the appropriate tables. This also will make traffic flow much easier at check-in on the day of the event for your guests and the luncheon committee. Info For Individual Tickets & Table Sponsor Guests

 For guests who have purchased individual seats or are invited guests of table sponsors, please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early to receive your name tag and table number. Parking in the hotel's deck is complimentary for all luncheon guests. Please let the parking attendant know you are at the hotel for the Greater Enrichment Program Anniversary Luncheon.
